Terms of Returns
You may return your LEÏLAH ONLINE order for a exchange or credit voucher valid it is sent back in original condition including packaging with tracking emailed to hello@leilah.com.au within 72 hours of receiving purchase. Refunds are not accepted.
We do not accept Cancellation of orders for change of mind after they have been processed.
SALE items are considered FINAL SALE, we do not offer exchange or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed with all original tags and packaging attached.
Furniture and special order items are not able to be exchanged or refunded.
If you wish to swap your purchase for a credit note or an alternative style or size, please process a request by emailing our Leïlah customer care team with your ORDER # , product details and request an RA#.
please then write RA# on the front of packaging when returned.
We will process an exchange or credit once your return has been received and quality controlled by our returns team.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags and packaging attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
INTERIOR STYLING VOUCHERS:
Interior Styling Gift Vouchers are NOT refundable and are only redeemable on items proposed by our Leilah stylist from within the store.
strictly Valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
