Terms of Returns
You may return your LEÏLAH ONLINE order for a exchange or credit voucher within 72 hours of receiving purchase.
For returns of sale items, we do not offer exchange or credit notes unless deemed faulty. Sale items are considered FINAL SALE.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed with all original tags and packaging attached.
If you wish to swap your purchase for a credit note or an alternative style or size, please process a request by emailing our Leïlah customer care team with your ORDER # , product details and request an RA#.
please then write RA# on the front of packaging when returned.
We will process an exchange or credit once your return has been received and quality controlled by our returns team.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags and packaging attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
